Chris Cimino practices in the firm’s corporate, finance, and real estate transactional practice areas, serving the firm’s business, technology, start-up, food, and real estate development clients. He plays an active role in the firm’s work in entity formation and corporate advice, including drafting and amending corporate bylaws, partnership agreements, and operating agreements for limited liability companies (LLCs) and partnerships.

In support of the firm’s clients and their businesses, Chris has experience with NDAs (confidentiality agreements), letters of intent, asset purchase agreements, real estate purchase agreements, partnership agreements, securities compliance, mergers, acquisitions, reorganization and other complex corporate transactions.
​
Chris graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 2013 and from the University of Notre Dame in 2006 with honors. Prior to receiving his J.D., Chris worked as an equity analyst for publicly-traded technology securities. Before joining Brown Gee & Wenger, Chris represented founders, private, and institutional investors in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay area for companies engaged in emerging business areas such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
