Anna Felton handles business litigation, part of the firm’s real estate and construction, employment, intellectual property, and appellate practices. Anna’s broad experience spans a broad range of industries.

Anna’s experience includes a wide array of litigation matters including contract disputes, employment matters, collection, construction and real estate matters. Anna approaches each client’s unique set of circumstances eager to learn what makes their specific businesses successful.
However, her overarching goal is always the same: add immediate value and develop long-term relationships to help clients identify future opportunities and predict challenges before they occur.

Anna earned her JD from the University of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law where she served as a Senior Articles Editor for UC Davis Law Review and interned at the Center for Judicial Education and Research. Prior to attending law school, Anna worked as an analyst for a Bay Area public policy consulting firm and as a human resources professional at a Silicon Valley biotech company. Anna earned her BA from Stanford University where she earned a President’s Scholar-Athlete Award and studied overseas.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Anna enjoys hiking, tennis, and cheering for the Warriors and Oakland A’s. She also enjoys community service and has devoted time throughout her career to a number of great causes including: Gallatin County Veteran’s Stand Down, and Montana’s Access to Justice Committee, earning a Distinguished Service Award.
